Membership in Your Westminster Club gives you an incredible array of benefits and allows you to get a taste of the extraordinary Westminster lifestyle before you even move in. Perks include:
- Priority notification when one of your preferred apartment styles becomes available
- Exclusive invitations to Your Westminster Club events
- Opportunities to join residents on day trips
- Three complimentary dining tickets each month
- Access to community amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and library
- Monthly e-newsletter
- Up to 10 visits each month
- Key fob available for use during normal business hours, providing convenient entry to our extraordinary amenities
How to Become a Club Member
Those looking to join Westminster within the next 24 months will make a Membership Deposit.
Here’s how that works:
- When you commit to join, you will choose your top four apartment preferences. Your Membership Deposit is 10% of the cost of your smallest preferred apartment home.
- If one of your preferred apartment preferences becomes available, you will have the opportunity to accept or pass up to three times before your position is reset on the list.
- 100% of your Club Membership Deposit is fully applied toward your Entrance Fee balance. Should you cancel your membership, Westminster will retain a $1,000 processing fee.

If your timeframe for moving to Westminster is over 24 months away but you’re still interested in reserving your spot, the Interest List is just right for you. With a deposit of $10,000, the Interest List holds your place in line and keeps you connected to Westminster with periodic community updates, invitations to events, and a subscription to our community newsletter. It’s the perfect way to get a headstart on your next chapter but keep the schedule you’ve set for yourself.

Your Westminster Club is an exclusive waitlist program for people who are planning to move to Westminster within the next 12–24 months. Members enjoy priority access to their preferred apartment styles along with exclusive events, dining privileges, and access to many of the community’s amenities before moving in.
Your Membership Deposit is equal to 10% of the Entrance Fee for the least expensive apartment home among your four preferred floor plans. The full amount is applied toward your Entrance Fee when you move into Westminster.
Cancelation of Your Westminster Club membership requires a $1,000 processing fee. Westminster will refund the remainder of your Membership Deposit.
When one of your selected floor plans becomes available, you’ll be notified and have the opportunity to accept or decline it. You may pass on up to three available opportunities before your position is reset on the waitlist.
Absolutely. Your Westminster Club members receive access to many of Westminster’s amenities and experiences, including the fitness center, pool, library, educational classes, monthly dining tickets, special events, and select day trips, making it easy to experience the lifestyle firsthand.
Your Westminster Club is designed for those planning to move within the next 12–24 months and includes enhanced benefits plus priority notification when preferred residences become available. The Interest List is intended for those whose move is more than 24 months away. It allows you to reserve your place in line while staying connected through community news, events, and updates until the timing is right.
