The Ready List: Your First Step Toward Westminster Living

The Westminster Ready List is more than a waitlist — it’s your early invitation to become part of our Austin senior living community. And it’s easy to join. To secure your place on the Ready List, you simply complete the required paperwork and make a $10,000 deposit. The deposit is 95% refundable, and your Ready List Agreement is valid for two years. When it expires, you can meet with your Residency Counselor to renew it for another two years through a convenient Ready List Amendment.
