Westminster’s Completion Phase is the next major step in our campus evolution. Coming soon are exciting new amenities and important infrastructure upgrades.
Highlights of the Completion Phase include:
- An expanded, modern library with more room for reading and learning
- Additional wellness spaces, including new fitness and activity rooms
- An indoor sports simulator and a new game room for year-round recreation
- Expanded outdoor sport courts and new courtyards for gathering and leisure
- Enhanced outdoor dining spaces off the Laurel building
- A brand-new coffee shop between the Windsor and Preston buildings
- Improved HVAC and generator systems for greater energy efficiency and reliability
- Upgraded accessibility features across campus

The Opening of The Carlisle
Downtown Austin style meets Westminster warmth in The Carlisle—our newest residential building, featuring rooftop solar panels, sophisticated décor, a fine dining restaurant, and spacious independent living apartment homes. The Carlisle also offers assisted living and memory support residences, available to both current Life Care residents and select outside admissions. It’s another way Westminster brings together thoughtful design and exceptional living in one extraordinary community.
